BACKGROUND
About NTafCo
NTafCo is a wood working business started by Nick Tafelski. Nick attends Michigan State University and is aspiring to become a chemical engineer but uses his creativity and hands on skills in the shop to create products for others around him. As a child, Nick grew up emptying boxes of Legos, Bionicles, and Magnetix onto the floor, building structures that became more sophisticated and complex. As a junior and senior, he took wood shop to extend his creativity to the real world, even while fighting a rigorous schedule of AP Courses and Dual Enrollment classes at the University of Michigan. Now he is able to take the blueprints in his head and apply them to real world structures. He now attends Michigan State and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He is based at home in Dearborn, Michigan and hopes to update his shop at home and extend his business to the world.
